Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Training & Implementations to lead the initial discovery and onboarding process for new clients and manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the software industry, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and a passion for helping clients successfully adopt our software solutions.

As a Manager of Training & Implementations at QReserve, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the training and implementation projects to ensure successful client onboarding and adoption of our software.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients, focusing on maximizing their understanding and use of our software.
  • Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of our software to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration and customization of our software for clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during projects, ensuring clear communication and seamless project execution.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients during the implementation process, addressing any challenges and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and champion for their needs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our software and industry trends to provide clients with the best possible training and support.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including user manuals, video tutorials, and online resources.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making continuous improvements based on client feedback and performance metrics.
  • Attend local industry events, such as trade shows or conferences to stay current on industry trends and network with other industry professionals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, life science, commerce, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the software industry with a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Extensive experience in leading product demos and client training sessions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively (Project Management and/or Change Management certification is an asset).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Being multilingual is an asset as we are a global company.
