Subprocessors

QReserve uses a number of subprocessors to provide services and meet its obligations to customers. We limit the number of subprocesses and ensure subprocessors are compliant with GDPR regulations. Furthermore, our subprocessors are obligated to not use the information we process through them other than for the explicit purposes outlined below.
Core Services
These subprocessors are used to provide QReserve's core services to most users.
Google Cloud Canada
| Purpose: | Provides hosting infrastructure including web hosting, database hosting, DNS, and file storage. |

Stripe
| Purpose: |
Provides payment processing for purchases made with credit cards. Only activated
when a site administrator visits a their subscription management page or pays
an invoice with a stripe hosted payment page.

Bambora
OpenAI
| Purpose: |
Provides natural language parsing for Slack slash commands. Only used when
a Slack integration is enabled and slash commands are invoked by a user.
The command provided by a user is sent to OpenAI to extract a resource name,
date, and time.

Provides email hosting, calendars, document storage, and video conferencing.
GreenBack
Provides supporting accounting services.

Provides supporting accounting services.
