New Features

• Resources now support asymmetrical before and after buffer times
• • We have expanded our options for reservation buffers to better support buffers between blocking resources and better depict the true nature of before and after buffer periods! For buffers between reservations of the same resource you need only set a buffer before time; however, if this resource will be blocking other resources and you require an asymmetrical buffer, of if you simply want to depict different before and after buffer periods, you can set distinct before and after buffers times on your resources. Blocking reservations now correctly display the buffer period of the original reservation. It is important to note that buffers can overlap, so if you have a before buffer of 30 minutes and an after buffer of 1 hour, this creates an effect buffer between reservations of 1 hour between reservations of the same resource.
  • Note: Buffer periods on calendars will now show only before reservations to more accurately depict the stored buffer values. Functionally, this is identical to before; however, if you would like to depict buffer periods before and after, simply set the buffer after value to the same as the buffer before value.

Improvements

• Reservation cancellation alerts now also notify users when a reservation ends early.
• Added the ability to restrict Maintenance and Reservation editors to specific resources or resource tabs in the user permission system
• Receive notifications when iCal feeds fail to pull
• • You will now, automatically, receive a notification when an external iCal feed associated with a resource fails to be fetched. This allows you to promptly investigate the reason for failure and fix it with minimal disruption. The default contact for this notification is the resource contact but that can be changed on the External tab when editing a resource.
• New kiosks now better support reservation minimum, maximum, and loan durations.
• Invoice scripts now optionally support processing actual usage entries

• Users removed from sites will no longer receive cancellation notifications.
• URLs pasted into form fields from copied HTML pages will now be expanded with clickable URLs
• • This will improve the workflow when copying and pasting online meeting instructions or websites.

• Optimized audit log loading times especially in larger sites.
• Optimized calendar load times for sites with a high number of resources

Bug Fixes

• Promoted resource buttons can now expand vertically to accommodate long resource names.
• Fixed an issue where certain resource attributes were incorrectly hidden in the multi-edit view.
• Fixed an issue where project names were not displayed in the requests table.
• Fixed the inability to sometimes editing a recurring reservation from a mid-point reservation to the end.
• Fixed event calendar entries not using the correct resource or computed form colours.
• Fixed a bug that could cause the reservation booking window to refresh when editing a reservation with a custom rate.
• Fixed reservation upload tool
• • The reservation upload tool failed to properly parse start and end times, preventing uploads, in a recent update. This has now been fixed.
