Improvements
- Supervisors are now shown in the unlinked actual usage table on the Activity Report
- Subscription workflow scripts can now access the assigned user via the workflow["user"] variable
- Improved some sneq script parsing edge cases especially around comments and whitespace
- Updated password reset flow
- We have made a minor change to our password reset flow to better align with industry standards. Previously, a password would be reset by entering your email and a new password. A link would be sent to verify you requested the change and then your new password would be locked in. In our new flow, you only enter your email and then receive a link that will take you to a simple form to pick your new password, preventing a malicious attempt to reset your password to a value unknown to the user who may click the confirmation email link without intent.
- Improved loading times for viewing and creating invoices
- This is especially apparently with very large invoices containing hundreds of items linked to reservations.
- Ability to specify custom user properties to show on invoices and quotes
- You can now select specific customer site user properties to display on invoices and/or quotes from the Site Settings > Invoices page. This can be useful to show an invoice recipient's department, organization, or other key pieces of information relevant to your workflow.
- Added options to show the total and/or available units of resources on web embeds
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an inability to duplicate some reservations
- Fixed the checkout box on loanable resources showing incorrect units for multi-resource loans
- Fix an error that could occur on web integration forms using advanced scripts in safari on first load
- Fixed an issue that prevented you from using a tax rate override of 0% on invoice item form fields
- Fixed an error that could show when trying to clear a custom tax rate on an invoice item form field
