QReserve Achieves SOC 2 Type II Attestation. We are thrilled to announce that QReserve has been awarded a SOC 2 Type II attestation for the period of May 1, 2025 through August 31, 2025! This achievement is a major milestone that underscores our commitment to maintaining the highest standards for protecting our customers' data and ensuring the reliability of our platform.
Added ability to set a user group to be automatically applied to new users. Simply edit your user group and enable this new option to have new users, even those who join your site on their own, automatically be placed into that user group.

Improved invoice and quote PDF layout for consistency and readability. These sections are now more consistently laid out when one or both have large character counts, with payment instructions consistently being placed above the memo.
Added a new "External" webcam option to kiosks to expand webcam compatibility. This new option should help increase compatibility with some webcams, especially external webcams.
Zero percent (0%) tax rates with a named code will now display on invoices.

Fixed an inability to edit reservations of users that were deactivated in the platform.
Fixed updating the required credentials on resources via CSV upload when using the downloaded CSV spreadsheet.
Fixed some iCal feeds not pulling events.
