New Features

• Add a resource status change workflow trigger
• • You can now run a trigger when a resource status changes. Combined with a script task you can then send emails, emit webhooks, or perform other activities! Read more about triggers and read more about using scripts with triggers.

Improvements

• Site members can now see more about their account in their My Membership window
• • Site members can now see information about their supervisor, people they supervise, and permissions they are granted within a site from the My Membership window available on the main site page.
• Force option now required to override minimum or maximum reservation durations
• • Administrators and reservation or maintenance editors must now select the Force option when making a reservation that falls outside a resource's minimum or maximum duration. Previously, these users could override duration limits without acknowledgment. This change ensures that any reservation made outside standard rules is recorded as such.
• Webhooks, Google Calendar Integration, and Microsoft 365 Integration User Agent Update
• • We now set the user agent of our requests for Webhooks, Google Calendar Integration, and Microsoft 365 Integration User Agent Update to be "qreserve" instead of a generic "python-requests" user agent to better identify when QReserve is the platform making the request. This generally requires no changes on your part but should allow for better logs and audit-ability when viewing requests from the QReserve platform.
• Allow requestable resources to be confined to related resources only
• Resource drop downs now group and filter by category to make finding resources easier
• Improve live maps user experience with weekly slot resources
• • Users are now better directed to book specific slots on a resource page and be shown when slots may or may not be available for a resource.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed audit log error when filtering by User Performing and User Acted On filters together
• Fixed numerical filter sliders not working on web integrations
• Fixed guest reservations on kiosks showing rate limit errors
• Reservations that turn from pending to approved after a required invoice payment now send the approved email.
• • Previously, a reservation that went from pending to approved did not send the corresponding Approved reservation or request update email which could leave users without key information. This has now been corrected.
• Prevent negative duration values in Actual Usage uploads
• Fixed inability to create Test or Bot user accounts when using UI language other than English
