Keeping projects moving requires having the right materials on hand. This setup helps you stay ahead of your stock levels. You can easily track materials like filament or sheets and get simple email alerts when it's time to reorder, making sure your users always have what they need to create.

Implementation Steps:

• 1. Create consumable resources with Inventory Tracking mode turned on and adding an Initial Stock Quantity (e.g., 5 spools).
  2. Open the Resource and go to Reservation or Requests → Units → Low Inventory Email Threshold and enter the amount you want to be notified when it hits.  This email is sent to Resource Contact(s), which you can customize under the resources’ Profile → General → Contacts.
  3. Under Units, you can also enable a Low Inventory Email Custom Message for the resource contact.
