Improvements

  • Detailed activity report custom form field consolidation
    • Previously, if you had multiple forms that all had form fields with the same name, those would show multiple times and duplicate response values across multiple columns. This has been improved to consolidate same named fields into a single column and to ensure that if multiple forms with the same name exist on the same reservation, all unique results are returned. Previously, this could also have resulted in some fields of the same name overwriting values of other fields that share this name.
  • User history page shows the return status for loans directly in the table now
  • iCal feeds now inject a reservation's purpose in the description field
  • Account numbers will now show on invoice item descriptions when an invoice is created from invoices with multiple account numbers
  • Resource QR Code Sheet download will now only include resources you have filtered to
  • sneq scripts now have better type support
    • We've significantly improved type checking support in our sneq script editor to help you write better code faster. Immediately see when you've made a typo or mistake instead of waiting for the script to crash.
  • Introducing a New Kiosk!
    • We are very excited to introduce a new, opt-in, kiosk version that is a complete rewrite of the kiosk software to more modern, fast, and extendible technologies.
    • While many views will look the same, our first huge improvement is a "day bar" that shows directly on resource kiosks to show at a glance when upcoming reservations are and to make booking as simple as click and drag.
    • You can try the new kiosk by opting in on your kiosk settings page. Opt out at any time and we encourage feedback!
  • Updated Login Flow
    • We've updated the QReserve login flow to a smarter, email-first approach. This change removes the guesswork for SSO vs. password users, making your sign-in faster and more secure. Read More
