Dashboard
The Dashboard is the landing page users see immediately after logging into QReserve. You can customize how reservations and pending approval requests are displayed on your personal dashboard by expanding the Dashboard view settings menu located in the lower-right section of the screen.
Configuring Reservation Ranges
By default, the dashboard displays your upcoming schedule. You can control how far into the future QReserve looks for upcoming bookings using the dropdown menu under Dashboard view settings:
- Show reservations 1 day ahead
- Show reservations 3 days ahead
- Show reservations 7 days ahead
- Show reservations 14 days ahead
- Show reservations 30 days ahead
- Show reservations 60 days ahead
Additional Display Toggles
Below the reservation timeframe selector, you can enable or disable several display preferences using the toggle switches:
- Show expanded reservation details: Expands reservation cards on your dashboard to directly display full booking information
- Show old undecided approvals (up to 1 week): Keeps older pending approval requests visible on your dashboard for up to a week if a decision has not yet been rendered
- Show approvals already approved by another person: Displays approval requests assigned to you or your group that have already been approved by a co-administrator or fellow moderator
