Generate and Send a Custom Report
The Generate and Send a Custom Report task can be used to set up a recurring automated running of an existing custom report in the site. A link to the generated report is then emailed to the subscription assignee, and up to 24 additional email addresses as specified in the task. The download link is valid for 7 days
This task is useful for reports that are run regularly and frequently, and can help to reduce administrative time.
A custom report must exist in the QReserve site to be added to this task. If there is a report that you would like designed and added to your site, please refer to our Custom Reports page here. At most 25 users can receive a custom report. If more than 25 users combined are found, when considering all sources of users, then only the first 25 will receive the report. Therefore, please ensure you are not selecting more than 25 people.
