Slack

Connect your QReserve site with your Slack workspace to interact with QReserve directly via slash commands and receive instant notifications regarding reservations and booking requests.

Powered by OpenAI integration, users can check resource availability using natural, plain-language queries directly within Slack:

• /qreserve find Meeting Room next Thursday from 10 to noon
• /qreserve status Upright Microscope in B212

To connect your workspace, click the Add to Slack button and follow the authorization prompts.

OpenAI

QReserve's OpenAI integration powers natural language processing capabilities across platform connections (such as the Slack integration) with additional AI features planned for future releases.

• API Key Configuration: By default, QReserve provides a shared system key. However, administrators can optionally enter their own organization's OpenAI API Key (sk-.......) in this field to process AI queries through their enterprise OpenAI account.
• Key Privacy: Once configured and saved, only a masked preview of your API key will be displayed in the field for security purposes.

Synaccess

QReserve's Synaccess integration enables direct control of physical Synaccess power distribution units (PDUs) and smart power strips straight from the QReserve platform (e.g., automatically turning power on or off to equipment when a reservation starts or ends).
