Usage

The Usage tab under Site Settings provides administrators with a high-level analytics dashboard to track historical platform adoption, active user engagement, total reservation volume, and subscription plan thresholds over time.

Usage Chart Overview

The central interactive chart plots key site metrics month-by-month to help administrators monitor facility growth and system activity:

  • Active Users: Displays the total count of distinct users who actively engaged with your site's scheduling workflows during each calendar month.
  • Active User Limit: Indicates the maximum threshold of active monthly users permitted under your site's current subscription tier.
  • Reservations: Displays the total volume of bookings and reservation requests logged across all site resources for each month.

Key Usage Notes & Definitions

When reviewing your site's historical usage data, keep the following guidelines in mind:

  • Data Freshness: Usage statistics are calculated retrospectively and are accurate up to the end of the previous calendar month. Current month-to-date metrics will fully populate once the active month concludes.
  • Active User Definition: An Active User is defined as any member who either creates or approves a reservation within a given calendar month. This includes users who have had reservations made on their behalf by a site administrator.Users who simply view calendars without booking or reviewing requests do not count toward this total.
  • Plan Limits: Active User Limits are plan-dependent and do not apply to all subscription tiers. If your site is on a plan without active user caps, this threshold indicator may not restrict your overall member activity.
