User Access to Custom Themes

Users can access a custom themed login screen if your account includes a unique access URL. Speak to your account representative about this option! Otherwise, if your site uses a custom theme and a user is a member of only your site, their QReserve application will automatically be appropriately themed upon logging in.

Custom Theme Options and Guidelines

Custom themes can be used to change your organization's logo as well as color scheme.

  • Style: This logo should be displayed on a white or transparent background.
  • Dimensions: 300px wide and up to 70px tall.
  • Format: PNG and SVG with a preference for SVG for the best results.
  • Style: This logo should be displayed on a dark background (typically an on brand color).
  • Dimensions: 170px wide and up to 100px tall.
  • Format: PNG and SVG with a preference for SVG for the best results.

Theme Colors

  • Primary: This should be a dark color and is used for the menu background, primary button backgrounds, and other dark background UI elements.
  • Secondary: This should be a slightly lighter color and is used for accessory UI elements.
  • Text: This is the main text color and can be your primary color or another neutral dark color such as black or grey.
  • Active Menu text: This is the color of text for the active menu item.
  • Accent: This is displayed as a left border on active main menu items.
